I bought from your company Acrobat XI Pro in September 8th, 2015. It was working perfectly since that time. Two days ago, Adobe said no genuine!!!!

I got scammed too. Bought it from this company in 2015. I just found out today that it was not genuine from Adobe. I paid over $1200 for the master.
