Fairly easy, but don't expect them to give you a straight answer or to be very helpful. I wasted an hour of my time dealing with this company and now I'm wasting more time sharing a review of my bad experience because I am so upset by it. If you need groceries, use a different company. These guys aren't reliable at all.
