How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Budget?

Very poor customer service. It would help if they had people that could speak english that can be understood. I dont think that they give a damm about anyone.

To get through isn't too bad - sometimes u wait 5 minutes in the 'queue'.
BUT once u get thru - good luck! No one will know how to help or where to put u thru to so u can get help!

It was horrible! First I contacted their chat during regular hours and it said no one was available. Then I finally got through on the phone to have 2 different customer service reps tell me 2 different things. HORRIBLE
