How much compensation do women receive for participating on the site? How is the compensation structured?

We do not pay the validated members for communication with other users and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the user is paid by the Partner for communication on his/her behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the user's profile.
