They ignore you or just say that they are "checking with the courier".

You can't, they have a email address and tell you they will refund you 10.00 and "keep the items". I was scammed and I don't like to be scammed. I gave the clothing to the thrift store. Just junk.

Good luck - multiple emails with most responses pretending like they didn't understand the initial question. Bottom line, these guys know what they're doing and that is to bilk as many people as possible out of their money as often as possible.
