What has happened to Blu Mountain cards? My last 2 cards said they were sent but awaiting pickup. My friends never received their cards, even in Spam.

My last two cards said they had been sent but were awaiting pickup. They never got to the recipients, even in spam mail. What gives and what can I do?

How do I get blue mountain to return my subscription money as it won't let me send any cards even though I have paid to renew?

Answer:
They won't return your money. I am trying to get mine back because they cheated me out of mine on a 7 day free trial but all they tell me is money is not refundable. They just won't auto renew so good luck. Just keep writing to them as I am and hope you can wear them down.

Answer:
Yes there is an auto renewal which you need to uncheck or they will keep taking your money. Check on your account it will be there on the payments page just untick the box and hopefully that will work.
