It's a 1990's website and can't take average photos of 2024

No, they do not refund. They send a sorry message and offer you a store credit. However if you had a bad experience I do not think you will try them again to use the store credit, so they do not then compensate at all.

Answer:

The same for me. Don't trust them I didnt receive the flower at the funeral of my father.and after they never answer of my 3 differents mails and never pay me back. I'll never forget how it was sad and it affect me at my dad's funeral day
