Isn't that true. I've only had my card for like 2 weeks now. I quit Paypal because of always canceling transactions I didn't make

I contacted them on the in app chat because I was still getting all the blidz+ benefits but had ended my free trial and I was worried I was still being charged. I got someone right away and they verified on their end I wasn't charged. I later verified with my bank. Basically it was a glitch and I got a month free. No complaints here.

You can not reach customer service by phone. You can reach them in the in-app chat and they only operate after 9 PM CST.

You pretty much have to send an email and wait for a response, which can take a couple days.
