I want to say that if you really complete the tasks and send the parcels on time and according to the instructions, then you will receive your salary for this work without any problems. There were many irresponsible colleagues. They quit their job and did not get in touch, and then asked to pay them for it. So, it's funny and sad..
Company is very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I worked for them without issue until I moved and the covid-19 pandemic began. They were sending packages that I never received but would have to go search for. They asked me to open an amazon account in my name for them to use. I can show you that emails if you're considering employment with them. I declined and since then i haven't been paid. I can show you those emails aswell.
This is the second time when I use company services. My goods arrived in excellent condition, smoothly packaged. I really like the attitude of the call support to customers. Client`s satisfaction is a priority case for them. If is appear any kind of problem, they go ahead and solve it promptly.

Recently I found Best Shop USA Inc on the Internet. Already tired of waiting for a parcel for months, sometimes you already forget that you bought something somewhere. Moreover,, when you buy a gift for someone, you want to receive the package on time. In this company, it is most profitable to order the delivery of small-sized goods, delivery is fast. I liked the quality of services. I love when it is fast and clear.
I have been scammed contract looked real but found out the address they have is for a house not a business in NY. They also owed me 95 dollars and didn't pay it to me and they also stopped emailing me. I guess the one package I have will make up for this that was left here and I asked them about many times. I have email proof and printed files of our conversations which will be sent to the BBB and also my bank since my account frozen for bad activity. They also were asking people to do illegal things which is in my conversation.
Work with Best Shop-USA inc. 1 month. Don't know how it will be in the future. But now it is good money. Perfect when you combined with another work. A lot of time this work does not take. The main thing is to follow the instructions. All you need is live in USA, email + phone. I was pleasantly surprised when at first I learned that it was a legal work and more than one year people have been working with them.
By far the worst place to work at. I am not sure why or how some people have been pleased by working with this company. So here is the run down.
They ship items to you. You process the package and upload pictures. The send you a shipping label, you print and send out. You get paid every other Monday via paypal or an amex debit card. Remember, you dont work for them. You are an independent contractor. Easy right? WRONG.
If you work with Kate, vicky, hannah and one more lady that rarely speaks to me, you are F**KED. They give you wrong shipping labels and then blame you for being late on shipment. They dont answer your calls or messages. They dont pay you and say that payroll has technical issues. Seems to me like all the good reviews here has payments on time. I've never been payed on a Monday. Payments are always late and I still have $260 they have to pay me.
Now I will admit, I was late on my shipments about a month. No one wants to receive their shipments one month late. My reason, I had covid and again, they gave me the wrong labels. Shipping at usps was hard because they didn't accept the packages due to weight and size difference based on the parcel size. I drove in all day from 8am to 4:30, going to more than 40 different usps and only ONE felt bad and is willing to take 6 parcels and is not liable if they get returned. Getting an earful from best shop usa, I didn't care anymore so I sent it.
I had to constantly remind them that I relied on this job to be the main paying the bill because they promised $20/hr. But that doesn't depend on you, that depends on them sending you shipments.
I'm still "working" there and for about 6 months but I havent received a shipment in the past month. No notice, no messages, nothing. They still owe me $260. But remember, you are a independent contractor. You dont have benefits to ANYTHING. So as of right now, I'm going to keep bugging them about my $260 that I will probably never receive.
OH, they are probably going to say that it is because I stole an item or something or make up some dumb excuse. I havent stolen anything. Dont need to steal what they were shipping. I truthfully wished I did though because I would have gotten my full payment then or otherwise I keep it. If they dont reply to this then they will try to delete this. And interesting enough, if they reply to this, why aren't they replying to my messages, in-website messages, tickets or phone calls? Hmmm?
As stupid as I was, I hope whoever reads this review, take your chance, but don't say I didn't warn you.
Edit: they have flagged my review on trust pilot because they dont want bad reviews for their company. So instead they hide it. Go look on facebook, their reviews on facebook is low and probably the reason why they don run their Facebook page. They have now sold my email to a bunch of spam subscriptions and I'm just bombarded with emails. Pictures provided below. Also pictures provided are payment guaranteed per hour, per day you work from the person who spoke to me about this. Also it's funny how they replied to the review but still havent provide a response on how my payment is still being held.

I did not expect that everything would turn out so quickly and convenient. I used to buy jewelry in the USA in real stores. But my first order on Amazon and the delivery of purchases through the "Best Shop USA" exceeded my expectations. The parcel was sent from the USA on December 29,2019, and on January 4,2020 I already received a notification that my parcel was already in my country. I did not expect such a speed!

There is no ideal company that would give you money for nothing. My point is that it is simple job with good money. Here you will be paid for what you really do. I appreciate this the most.
