Why don't you people respond to emails? Do you care at all about customer service? It's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order (which the site said I would receive before Christmas). My tracking number doesn't work, nobody will answer my emails, and when I phone your number it puts me on hold and then just hangs up on me after I've waited for 10 minutes to talk to somebody. I am not impressed at all and I am going to cancel my payment since I have received nothing, including NO customer service. This has got to be some kind of scam.
