Let your credit card company know about the scam. They should issue you credit.

Impossible to get them on the phone, they take 2 days to respond to emails. Horrible company, and lousy product. Don't buy from them

The Better Business Bureau scored this company as an F. Probably should have checked that before ordering eh? I didn't either.
