on 1/23/17I have ordered twice and in happy with the customer service. Although the second order was messed up. I called customer service and they immediately corrected the issue. I completely satisfied with Shari's Berries. The Berries are delicious!
I was a potential customer and I was on the phone with them for 30 minutes trying to cancel and order because I didn't do my homework. So I don't think they really want to improve. You? The lady on the phone kept me on hold and kept asking the same thing over and over and over. They need to close. They are just taking peoples money and not worried about satisfaction.
