You will have to cancel your credit card, tell your bank you have unauthorised withdrawals, they will provide replacement, you will NEVER get a satisfactory response from Benaughty

The only options I know are to delete all the information under your profile. This will leave your user name with no information about yourself attached. I don't recall if there is an option to remove your entire profile. You can also call them to request deletion of all information regarding yourself, including your user name and credit card information. Hope this helps.
