I was unknowingly put on auto delivery. and have now received 2 shipments. I have called 5 times and emailed 4 with no response s to a refund and return labels. I am calling the bank to day to stop payments from this company and will be contacting corporate headquarters if I can find a phone number that someone will answer. In an email I was told they do not respond with phone calls. What business or company does you know that does not use phone calls unless they are avoiding giving refunds for auto ships people didn't order. This, to me, falls under scam/illegal. so either I get a phone call by 1pm today 4-23-15 at 724-643-4670 or I will be contacting my attorney.

Try facebook. That's how I got a response after submitting pics and review pics I posted everywhere....they offered to replace the candles bc they were broken instead I did a charge back and blocked all payments coming from them and sent a nasty email to the head of the company. But it took me 4 months and numerous attempts b4 I tried facebook....I think I left a negative review on facebook too

Did you return everything? I never received return labels and had to pay 30 to ship it all back, They only allow 7 days for returns even though I did not sign up either. I did file a complaint with the Better Business and a dispute with my cc company

Just wondering if this is from the Bella Candle site or the Mia Bella Candles? I've never had any issues with the real Bella Candles.

I wish I had a better answer but they very rarely respond abs when they do they just beat around the bush and dont really resolve the issue.
