We will include marriage and divorce records in a person's report, whenever they are available to us. There are vast differences from state to state regarding how marriage and divorce records are made publicly available for integration into our database. There are many states that do not yet make their marriage and divorce records available digitally for us to pull into our reports.

If you do not see a marriage or divorce record you expected to find, please know that we are constantly updating and expanding our database to provide the most comprehensive and accurate reports we possibly can. If you have not already, we encourage you to activate the Monitoring feature, so you will be notified whenever we receive new data in the person's report, such as an added marriage or divorce record.
