on 1/23/17I got a refund eventually via PayPal minus the £49 fee after 1 month and several complaints. I'd stupidly paid cash because the credit card facility wasn't working when i ordered. Keep trying! I also reported them for breaching TrustPilot's vendor guidelines
We ordered a memory foam mattress, we were sent a wet mattress that was stuffed with some kind of plastic wadding. Like a disposable mattress. The quality was horrendous and didnt look ANYTHING like the item advertised on their website. Have been fighting to get refund but just get jerked around. You might as well flush your money down the toilet.
Had refund from PayPal, not the company. PayPal to their credit, gave me a full refund whereas the company wanted to take off £49 to return an item that in no way reflected what I thought I had bought
