How long do they take to resolve, and are they responsive during recovery? They traced my crypto blockchain, said will recover in12 hrs & no response

Hi Mady S, I had the same issue and had to chase someone by the name of Lukas at ROWT up to get a response. My funds were then transferred to wallet called rybnbit.co but now that website is down and cant get access to the website at all for a number of weeks. I have emailed Lukas and Bauclaim for help again but now the Bauclaim website also appears to be down and I am getting a bounce back email. Its starting to look like I have been scammed and scammed again? Have you encountered the same issue?
