I don't know where people are coming up with bad reviews, I've bought 3 battery's from them, and my last one lasted 4 years, Probably because i keep my ATV in the garage year round, and on a battery tender! If you leave the machine outside, especially when it's cold, any battery suffers some. And a lot of the ATV, motorcycle and side by side stuff, DOESN'T HAVE Alternator like a car or a Truck which replenishes the battery! I live in Colorado, not Oregan, also!
I ordered a battery in April and it won't hold a charge! Had to jump through hoops doing thier silly warranty tests for the battery only to have then tell me it's not covered because the voltage isn't low enough according to them yet when I have it analyzed the machine says to replace bad battery, that's 2 batteries now I bought and both were junk I'll never do business with this company again! What a joke! Avoid this company at all costs!
I have bought many batteries for myself and other people over the yrs. Can say that there were only a couple of times I had an issue with some. The company stood behind them 100%.

Tip for consumers:
Motorcycles, ATV's skidoo's and snow mobiles do not have a alternator like a car or truck, so you might have to put these machines on a charging system once in a while !
Until the technology changes, which I wouldn't hold my breathe on, we're are at the mercy of the industry, which I hope some one comes up with something better !

# Batteries for 2 ATV's , Bought 3 total 1 originally and 2 after that , over a 10 year period . The first one was an original from the dealer- very expensive . Then I learned to keep my batteries on a battery Tender . The batteries began to last 4 years , plus keeping my machine indoors, especially winter. Out of the cold !!!
I have been using battery stuff. Com for years without any issues. Just recently I did come across a problem with one battery recently. Within a few emailsand brief description of the problem Sarah had my problem rectified. I will certainly be using battery stuff. Com in the future and will continue to recommend them to my fellow riders in the motorcycle community.

As usual the service of BatteryStuff is excellent, and their website has a wealth of information.
I needed a charger to recharge an Optima spiral cell battery and they sent me a model that allegedly does that, but you need to remove the case and manually set some settings. The documentation they sent was dreadful since it was inaccurate - and really, who the hell wants to mess with settings on a printed circuit board?
I would avoid this site at all costs.
Great price! Fast shipping! Perfect fit! My second time purchasing
Very good bought before good product same as 1st time
Service was friendly, accurate, understandable, and unbelievably Fast.
No Disappointments here.
Purchased this to replace the old battery in my Honda Shadow Spirit in May 2023. Previous battery was same make and model and fit nearly perfectly for length & width (height was smaller than stock battery). Current battery design is slightly longer than older model so I had to remove the rubber grommets from the battery box to make it fit. No complaints at this moment other than slight size difference. Battery itself is providing plenty of power to start the bike.
I just had the most bizarre phone interaction with this company. I was refunded for a recent order, which was canceled without explanation. When I called to find out what's up with that, the person on the phone said they canceled my account because I had 2 batteries in the past that were warranty replacements and that I'm not a good fit for the company because they can't keep warrantying items on my account. So they decided I can no longer purchase from them. Now this is a WTF head scratcher. I've purchased products from them in the past but this is like stupid weird.
Definitely will be avoiding batterystuff.com.

The Scorpion battery was an exact fit for my application. Arrived on time and fully charged, as advertised.
Delivery was quick and got me back on the road fast.
They have whatever you need and Batterystuff ships products out fast.
Delivery was fast and it's the best battery you can buy
Have used them for years. Will continue to do so. Delivery is very fast.
Followed-up instructions on testing a bad battery. Sarah could not determine the failure number and asked to ship battery to them. They quickly ship it back to us. Highly recommend.

I ordered a 12v battery from Sarah at your Grants Pass store, but only after she asked the type needed for a new herbicide sprayer. I called the sprayer manufacturer and received an answer.
I called Sarah back; with the AH use of the motor, she suggested an appropriate battery. I ordered the battery and a Battery Tender (because the battery will be the only power source for the sprayer).
Both the battery and the Battery Tender came with the mail on the very next day. Amazing service! Thanks to Sarah and your shipping crew. I'll be back. JimW
I've been noticing this Batterystuff.com website... around the in blogs, on facebook, and now on twitter... seems as if the company is gaining traction online through consistent efforts and campaigns that are making an impact. Keep up the good work Batterystuff.com!
I bought a motorcycle battery for my 1982 Yamaha. Gel battery. Needed no acid to activate it. Put it on the charger overnight and installed it. I have had no trouble with it in the year since installing it. Unlike some acid fill batteries that can fail over the winter if you do not keep a trickle charger on them all winter.
The world of batteries, especially car / auto batteries, is far more complex than you could possibly imagine, which goes some way to explain why you're stuck in the car park wondering if someone will come along and give you a jump start. Aside from getting a grasp on the multiple battery types, regardless of them all looking the same, each type has a different purpose and different responses to the way you treat it. Why are some batteries a lot more expensive than others? Are you using the right sort and how long will it last?
Aside from selling all manner of quality battery accessories, inverters, chargers and parts, this site has comprehensive tutorials that will help you take care of your battery and get the longest and most efficient life out of it.
With all this information at your disposal, next time you stop to give someone a jump start you'll be able to impress them with your knowledge by looking at their battery, sighing deeply, and saying "Oh dear, it's one of those". Come to think of it, if you can do that then you're more than half way to getting a job in most of the repair shops I've ever been to.
This site is easy to navigate and visually appealing. They have a large variety of products at great prices. Batterystuff offers plenty of tutorials and a large knowledge base. For novices and experts alike this site has everything you'll need, especially if your into power sports.
I ordered a couple of chargers from the website, everything was going well, I received them, and they work as described, after about a month of use one of the chargers, Redipulse12 stopped working.
This is the response that i received.
We're sorry to hear you're having some issues with this purchase. Regrettably as we are beyond 30-days from the original date of purchase, this would need to be processed as a warranty through the manufacturer directly. I would recommend you contact them directly. They can be reached via the following: https://www.pulsetech.net/about-us/contact-us.html, *******554
Please don't hesitate to let us know if you may need anything else.
Thank you,
I struggle with this as i choose to deal with companies that back the people that support them.
If you are unable to look after customer service, don't sell the product.
I bought 2 expensive deep cycle batteries from BatteryStuff. 18 months later the batteries were found to be defective. Sorry, out of warranty. Gave zero offer to help with manufacturer.
You can check other reviews. Avoid this site. If you need to send an item back your screwed. They want you to pay for shipping and a 15% restocking fee for their "Free " shipping. Do yourself a favor and spend a few more dollars and buy from a reputable dealer.

Eric, we are committed to the customer experience and want our customers to be happy with every purchase. As we said over the phone, continuing a cycle of warranties is not in your best interest or ours. Since our batteries don’t seem the best fit for your application, we recommend you find another supplier that might be a better fit. Ultimately, we don’t take this decision lightly and want you to have a hassle-free riding season ahead.
Sincerely,
