Shall I answer you why? Because banggood doesn't show buyer qualifications like other website e.g. ebay.com. They have bad services but most customers doesn't know until they order.

Reported that items were in stock in a warehouse in California. It should not take three weeks to fill and order and ship it. I think they must make money the tracking. I don't know. But it takes too damn long to ship an item or items. They don't have answers only "it has been shipped." I won't do business with them again...

YOU CAN PROBABLY EXPECT IT IN JUNE AND IT MAY BE BROKEN. OR WONT FIT. SORRY YOU'VE BEEN SCAMMED TOO

They are hopeless! Write that one off. It's less stress than trying to get them to work with you. Good luck!

I completely agree with Gerry M. Also why would you take the risk with sizing if you have read all the negative feedback? It just isn't worth it.

I NEVER got a refund. PayPal wanted me to pay $79.00 to ship everything back. (Banggood wouldn't send a return shipping label.) how is that fair business? The customer is supposed to pay $79.00 out of his own pocket for a mistake Banggood made? This is PayPal's fault. As much as it's Banggood faults. Because PayPal never stood behind me. And I never got a refund. Stay away from both of them. Use a credit card and get real buyer protection that way. Vp

Over 30 orders from Banggood to UK with no problems. One item went missing but I was sent a replacement. As it was mentioned before they are not responsible for postal service. If you get a free or the cheapest delivery you have to be patient as it may take up to 25 working days. Having said so I have received quite a few orders in less than 2 weeks time. Hope that helps.

From my experience they will ask for pictures of the item, the package, the pakcking slip and all kinds of silly things to keep you from getting a return or refund. They are scandels! NEVER ORDER FROM THEM PEOPLE!
