I would like to know about the returns process as i have received a jacket that is for too small than the xxl i ordered?

Answer:

They are real sorry at returns, customer service (dispite the stuff they say on their webiste). If you get something it will a while to arrive. Slow boat from China. You will be stuck with whatever you get. Some people are pleased, others are not. I fall in the later catagory and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

They advertise they have a u.s. warehouse and that items are shipped from the u.s. however, my last u.s. order is till not in shipment phase after ten days and several emails. do they really have a brick and mortar warehouse in the united states?

A: Jeff, my review got their attention, Katherine L. From "Banggood Team" apologized and askd for my order # so she would investigate. I will update my review if anything changes. I doudt that a US wharehouse exsists expect to onload goods from that very slowboat from China. Just now

Are the items brand new? like phones

Answer:

All the items I've received so far (almost 3 years now) are brand new without a scratch. Well, there were a few damaged due to the shipping, but that's all. Some items have their packaging, others don't. Almost no way of telling if it's not in the description. I've purchased several phones so far, all of them brand new. No refurbished phones found like in Aliexpress.

Why does banggood not allow neg feedback on what they sell on their site?
