I would answer with a question. They are in China, so what means do you have to hold them accountable?
They are real sorry at returns, customer service (dispite the stuff they say on their webiste). If you get something it will a while to arrive. Slow boat from China. You will be stuck with whatever you get. Some people are pleased, others are not. I fall in the later catagory and will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

All the items I've received so far (almost 3 years now) are brand new without a scratch. Well, there were a few damaged due to the shipping, but that's all. Some items have their packaging, others don't. Almost no way of telling if it's not in the description. I've purchased several phones so far, all of them brand new. No refurbished phones found like in Aliexpress.

You do not want to buy from them. The "free shipping" does not give you tracking. You may or may not get items and you will NEVER get them to assist you.
