Wouldn't be surprised. Just wished I'd read the reviews before I bought!
Yes they are, they have a man on their complaints forum, defending them, and pretending to be a pensioner, and a good customer. Only problem is, has he nothing better to do other than monitoring the complaints. When I wrote a bad review about a dud camera I bought, they never printed it. In fact, they must all have been bad, because, after selling 16 units, no one wrote a review, probably deleted like mine.
