How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Backie Packie?

I e-mailed them on more than one occasion and got prompt responses from Jordan each time. He includes his phone number in his e-mails, but that doesn't matter because he responds to e-mails pretty quickly. Personal touch is HUGE compared to some companies' policy of quick refunds. I would buy here again, and I WILL buy here again.
