No. Absolutely not. But I'm sure they have plenty of success stories of their own as far as successfully taking people's money and pissing them off while getting away with it. Definitely contacting my lawyers about this.

Impossible. It's all just automated crap. There's no actual person that reaches out to you and allows you to respond to them with your concerns, they make everything your problem and there's no way to get justice.
