Thanks for the question. Each vehicle sold on our site has additional fees. This includes the Auto Auction Mall fee of $299 (for giving you, the public, access to the dealer-only auction), Documentation fee of $85, Bank fee of $59 and the Auction Clearing House fee which varies based on the final purchase price. The Auction Clearing House fee is a buyer fee that is charged by the dealer-only auction that is selling the car.

If you want to see the exact fees on the basis of the Buy Now price, all you have to do is click the Buy Now button for the vehicle that you are interested in and the entire break-down of fees will be listed there. Don't worry, you will not buy the car by just clicking the Buy Now button as you will have one more step to complete which is to confirm and submit that you want to buy the car.

By the way, we list our fees on the website and and also in the FAQs. Here is the link to where we set out these fees so you can see: https://www.autoauctionmall.com/company/fees. As well, each of our listings has a fee calculator which sets out the fees. PLEASE NOTE, the Auction Clearing House fee in the fee calculator is based on the then highest pre-bid amount and not the final purchase price since we do not know what the car will sell for at auction.

They dont inform their customers the whole process and fees involved untill you make payment and you cant recover your money
