Phone number on website doesn't work, customer service never writes back and got an email from a fraudulent bank telling me that they "refunded the money", when in fact it has never been taken from my account. What's suspicious is how did they get the exact information for the exact transaction? I am no computer wiz, so I really don't know if that's possible. My order says that it's still processing, can I get an answer from anyone!? Thank you
