If I buy a home on Auction.com, what happens if there are occupants int eh hose and to the liens if any

In my state it takes more the 30 days for the Sheriff serve the notice and God only knows how long after that.

If there are occupants still living in the home you are screwed. You will need to evict them or pay them to leave. Paying them to leave may be better. They won't destroy the place. If you evict them use an eviction lawyer. They know the judges, prosecutors and most importantly the process.

I put an offer on a short sell that was accepted by the seller and we are waiting for the bank to approve and now the house is on auction.com but it is not on the foreclosure information for my county. What is going on?

Depends on the state. I know in Washington for example, it takes 30 days to get them out after filling paperwork with the court to remove them.
