Hi...why all the bad reviews? your clothes look super cool, but after reading the reviews i'm nervous to order anything.

Answer:

In my experience, I have ordered three times off of Asos, and all three times my order was extremely late (by up to a month), they have apologised and guaranteed it won't happen again every time but it always does.

DO NOT! They do not appreciate anyone's business. Customer Service is absolutely terrible and their will be a problem with your order - TRUST!

ASOS is definitely safe to use! I've bought and returned with great ease. Everything is great quality and they have good, speedy customer service (w/in 3 business days response, but usually within 24 hours).
