How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at ArtPal?

Freaking HARD! Once they answered my email. Then never again. I've been digging.
They owe me money. I've never found a phone number. But I think I found a shady address where 5 people work in San Juan. I'll let you know if it's actually a place. I sent them a letter.
