This was not my first purchase from Appliances Connection, and it won't be my last. They stock Miele, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection and competitive pricing really speak for themselves. But where this business really distinguishes itself is where everybody else is falling apart: competent logistics. The stuff comes on-time, intact, and it's delivered by professional, helpful, trained, and competent people with enough help. That's incredibly rare in recent years.

Easy purchase transaction. However fedex was the shipper and it took them 2 weeks longer than projected to deliver the item. Also their tracking app repeatedly gave us drop off times and since a signature was required we had someone at home ready how ever no package would arrive as scheduled. A complete waste of our time. We have the product now and the quality is fine.

I ordered a Stiebel 58 gallon heat pump water heater. The ordering process was easy and simple. The water heater was delivered before it's expected delivery date in perfect condition. The trucking company had the heater unloaded in five minutes and in my garage. The water heater is installed and working well so far. It has only been installed 24 hours. I'm very satisfied with Appliance connection so far.

Everything was great in terms of communication and delivery. However, the delivery crew really didn't install the appliance as advertised. Yes, they plugged it in, but I had to remove the packing materials inside the unit and install the handles. No big deal. Only took about 10 minutes. At least the crew hauled away the packing container and carried the unit upstairs. So overall, I was very satisfied.

Waited to long for the GE, delivery date kept moving further away. I ordered the Whirlpool and checked the status today to find it was cancelled. Ordering Maytag today... let's hope this one ships out on the 3rd of August. When I attempted to cancel the GE I had to talk to 3 different people and about 40 min total on hold.

Bought a used washer and dryer 700$ both broke within 25 days they would not give my money back or store credit told me had to wait 7 day for a repair man to come to my house to fix my advice to anyone buying any appliance go somewhere else poor management skills and poor customer service

Purchased 2 leather power refining sofas from them. They wrote back that they were unable to ship my sofas. I asked why they accepted an order without having stock. They said that manufacturer discontinued the product. You should not accept an order without knowing what is in stock. Charged my credit card and then told me they didn't charge my card. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Poorly managed company wasted my time. Now I have to find another retailer who can ship what they sell.

When I first initially went through them through a third-party it was advised that the item was in stock. Now they're blaming the Covid thing 90 days later and I have not received my couch. Where is other people are having no problems with the Covid they're having several problems with Covid and keep blaming Covid as a scapegoat! I am very unhappy with this company and do not advise that you ordered with them! Now if I cancel the order I would be further inconvenience and I have to wait even longer to get a new couch! I'm so in happy and I wish I had known better!

It was for $5 off a purchase of $399 or more. My purchase was $857. Bought a washer for a good price, but in the ordering process nowhere did it say they do not offer set up with delivery etc., so going along with the order it was already too late once I realized this. So now over 2 + weeks later im STILL WAITING for my washer do not order from this sight if you want shipping updates and any help with set up or removing the old appliance!

They are terrible. They do not deliver as promised. Find anybody else. Stay away from them. Have been waiting two months for delivery. They keep extending it. They are terrible. They could care less how it affects their consumer.

Pretty easy to understand apart from the difference between the Consumer Protection Services and insurance. I assume it's the same. If not, let me know. Also, I couldn't find the converter adapter from 220V to the 110V I know Miele offers. Please add that to my order if I need it for this machine.
