Appliances Connection

This was not my first purchase from Appliances Connection, and it won't be my last. They stock Miele, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection and competitive pricing really speak for themselves. But where this business really distinguishes itself is where everybody else is falling apart: competent logistics. The stuff comes on-time, intact, and it's delivered by professional, helpful, trained, and competent people with enough help. That's incredibly rare in recent years.

I ordered a Stiebel 58 gallon heat pump water heater. The ordering process was easy and simple. The water heater was delivered before it's expected delivery date in perfect condition. The trucking company had the heater unloaded in five minutes and in my garage. The water heater is installed and working well so far. It has only been installed 24 hours. I'm very satisfied with Appliance connection so far.

No problem with delivery. Everything went well only waiting for one small piece that was missing from the fridge. Already talk to somebody hopefully they get back to me otherwise. Very happy with my purchase

I needed a replacement, in-cabinet, micro-wave -- a Dacor DMW2420S. On-line shopping presented four or five dealers who advertised a DMW2420S for sale. AppliancesConnection was the only one who provided a shipping date giving me confidence that AppliancesConnection actually had a DMW2420S in stock. AppliancesConnection shipped on the date they specified and FedEx delivered in time for my installer to remove and replace the DMW2420. Thanks AppliancesConnection for a good job!

site search returns a lot of irrelevant items. could not go back to edit my phone number (field locked). there was a button that was greyed out (looked disabled), instead of blue, which i need to press to process to the complete payment screen. Lots of small issues with the experience.

Everything was great in terms of communication and delivery. However, the delivery crew really didn't install the appliance as advertised. Yes, they plugged it in, but I had to remove the packing materials inside the unit and install the handles. No big deal. Only took about 10 minutes. At least the crew hauled away the packing container and carried the unit upstairs. So overall, I was very satisfied.

The installer were prompt, professional and did great work in a very quick time. I was impressed!

Shopping was easy. Would love the option to add things forgotten, such as removal of appliance when at checkout vs leaving web page and going back to cart. I ended up with 3 in my cart when I noticed my total cost was sky high.

Waited to long for the GE, delivery date kept moving further away. I ordered the Whirlpool and checked the status today to find it was cancelled. Ordering Maytag today... let's hope this one ships out on the 3rd of August. When I attempted to cancel the GE I had to talk to 3 different people and about 40 min total on hold.

The price was great and my initial experience with the product is positive. The delivery guys were great in helping me unpack and inspect the product.

The only area that I saw was delay in initial shipment. It took longer to arrive than I would expect.

Bought a used washer and dryer 700$ both broke within 25 days they would not give my money back or store credit told me had to wait 7 day for a repair man to come to my house to fix my advice to anyone buying any appliance go somewhere else poor management skills and poor customer service

Ordered a replacement microwave just before Christmas. Item was ready for shipment on the 22nd and at our door the 26th. Excellent considering the holiday weekend. Good price too!

Very straight-forward...driver carried it to the front door, and wifey asked him to just bring it inside a few steps, as hubby was not home. He did precisely that, and we all lived happily ever after.

Purchased 2 leather power refining sofas from them. They wrote back that they were unable to ship my sofas. I asked why they accepted an order without having stock. They said that manufacturer discontinued the product. You should not accept an order without knowing what is in stock. Charged my credit card and then told me they didn't charge my card. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Poorly managed company wasted my time. Now I have to find another retailer who can ship what they sell.

I had to return my purchase. I looked up the part on the manufacturer's website to ensure it was correct. While the inches matched, the kit ordered did not specify it was for a 1.6 cubic foot microwave instead of 2.2 cubic feet. This information would have been helpful to know. The return process was organized and efficient. Customer service was excellent.

You continue to insert the wrong address and phone number. I do not live in Lake Jackson. This order shows an incorrect Phone number. The correct number is *******176.

When I first initially went through them through a third-party it was advised that the item was in stock. Now they're blaming the Covid thing 90 days later and I have not received my couch. Where is other people are having no problems with the Covid they're having several problems with Covid and keep blaming Covid as a scapegoat! I am very unhappy with this company and do not advise that you ordered with them! Now if I cancel the order I would be further inconvenience and I have to wait even longer to get a new couch! I'm so in happy and I wish I had known better!

Although it took several weeks our stove arrived in great condition and was professionally packaged to prevent damage. The drivers were courteous and helpful. The unit is currently in our garage while the construction of our new home continues for another month or two..

A little frustrated that I called and and it was just very much down to business. Not really friendly. And I tried to use the promo code and it told me that my cart did not meet requirements. It was for $5 off a purchase of $399 or more. My purchase was $857. But I am very pleased that my item was instock, delivery was free, and says it will be here sooner than anywhere else I found the item available.

Bought a washer for a good price, but in the ordering process nowhere did it say they do not offer set up with delivery etc., so going along with the order it was already too late once I realized this. So now over 2 + weeks later im STILL WAITING for my washer do not order from this sight if you want shipping updates and any help with set up or removing the old appliance!

They are terrible. They do not deliver as promised. Find anybody else. Stay away from them. Have been waiting two months for delivery. They keep extending it. They are terrible. They could care less how it affects their consumer.

Pretty easy to understand apart from the difference between the Consumer Protection Services and insurance. I assume it's the same. If not, let me know. Also, I couldn't find the converter adapter from 220V to the 110V I know Miele offers. Please add that to my order if I need it for this machine.

I placed the order and the product came as expected. I installed it and it works great. My only complaint is that I had no idea that the item shipped until I created an account to look up my order number. It should be this difficult to get an order status.

Customer service rep was rude and hung up on me. I cannot understand why you allow this type of person to represent your company. My feedback and recomendations going forward will reflect this persons bad attitude.
