Hey Stephanie - we strive for amazing customer service, and over the past month have seen about a 15% increase in customer happiness, with new support efforts. You can contact customer support by emailing support@apex4kids.com or opening a ticket at support.apex4kids.com. You can also use that link to live chat with our nearly 24-hour customer support team. In addition, you can give us a call at (623) 526 7747. We also offer support via Facebook simply by sending a message to Caleb Maddix.

We now strive to offer 12 hour response times across the board.

I ordered for a year but have not received any videos yet. Are they coming via my personal email or through the regular mail?

Please advise. The billing is through Mimi Gaspard but the email is to my daughter at bmwbrummel@yahoo.com (for the grandkids)

Nigh on impossible. It takes weeks for any kind of response and if the response doesn't answer your question, it's weeks again for another response. No phone number to call.
