Are there other similar products that are cheaper or better than 5-HTP Pro?

Didn't bother to try any other brand I'm happy with this one- don't want to change anything! Looking for a smaller dosage though.

They say 5-HTP is for sleep and mood disorders and migraines, and so on. Its available in many supplements, but I'm comfortable with this one.
