It's a one-time purchase outfit. Once they have your money they're done with you. I am elderly and disabled. Paid to have my antenna installed, but some of the parts to connect to TV are missing. So, I am screwed.

Hey Mike, stop feeding these people a line of BS ... I BELIEVE ANY OF THE WAYS YOU MENTIONED ARE THE WORST POSSIBLE WAYS TO CONTACT YOU!! If you guys are supposed to ship same day GUARANTEED, then why don't I have shipping/ tracking info yet??? I have NOT seen or heard anything positive yet!! You text me a random computer generated message, and when you finally answer live, you BLOCK my #!!! That is SERIOUSLY BAD BUSINESS!! Obviously, you're making a killing and don't care about your customers as you preach on your website, because I have yet to see anything convincing!!
