I placed an order in late august order # AC37813 and i still have not received it yet, please let me know what is going on with my order

Many others can testify to the same issue. You won't get your order and you won't see your money again. You might consider filing a complaint thru the BBB. When you start to fill out the complaint form and enter the country, China, they direct to to a page for international complaints. These complaints go to many organizations who send information to many other organizations who look into this and can possibly stop the charade, incl. Orgs. W/in their own country who have the power to legally stop them.
