I bought some dresses, blouses and skirts from this shop. Quality 5/5 They look exactly like on photos, are very nicely made, the lace is good quality. The fabric is nice too and the blouses are not see-through. They can even make a little changes for you, if you want (detachable sleeves, custom sizing, different lace color...) Shipping 5/5 I got a tracking number after the package was shipped. I always got my order within one month.

I have purchased 8 Dresses of which none arrived. After 5 e-mails and a number of phone calls, I had no response what so ever. I even tried to contact them via their online chat but no response. We even went to the next level of contacting via Instagram, but our comments were being deleted minutes after it was posted. They are using COVID-19 as an excuse due to their failure as a company during their sudden move to BURSA - TURKEY. Continuing to take orders and not delivering is a way companies like this don't make it far. After my review on Trustpilot a couple of days ago, I received an email from Anna Hariri (I was shocked after so long!) saying: "We have received your review from the [trustpilot link]. Please let me know how we can make you happy and as a sensitive customer care, If you retract your review from the website, I can issue a full refund and the dress will be a gift from us." - Helloooo where were in the past month?!?! I had accepted their offer as I wanted my money back and guess what, they only issued me a partial refund (not yet received) as I kept my word when I said I would delete my review. Once I reminded them of their email and their exact words they decided to cancel my order completely. Get your money back while you can! If you haven't ordered yet make sure you know what size you're ordering sometime next year! I will be posting screenshots of the emails from Duygu (Anna Hariri) Poor Customer Care Team. Not only has she made it worse by lying, but has proven my comment!

I bought some dresses, blouses and skirts from this shop.

Quality 5/5
They look exactly like on photos, are very nicely made, the lace is good quality. The fabric is nice too and the blouses are not see-through.
They can even make a little changes for you, if you want (detachable sleeves, custom sizing, different lace color...)

Shipping 5/5
I got a tracking number after the package was shipped. I always got my order within one month.

I recommend this site fully! I love it! First of all, the price is very affordable. And I saw reviews on youtube, saying their laces are soft, and I also love their prints! Their prices is in HKD or HongKongDollars. Not in USD, so don't faint yet XD
