Why is there no warning of my account ready to "auto renew"? I DO NOT WANT to use Animoto after 7 good years as a customer and mostly pleased with their services. Auto renew is a scam to KEEP your money. Business must be declining if Animoto is not willing to give me a refund for something I haven't used since old service expired...$249 DOWN THE DRAIN

Answer:
I am a Realtor, not impressed with the site, stopped using them 6+ months ago and now having to fight with them to return a new charge on my credit card. I would never recommend or use this company.
