I had posted my negative review and stand by it. Yes the positive ones are fake and I'm trying my best to spread the word to help others avoid using this joke of a company. I didn't end up getting my money back or any sort of courtesy response from them, and this was after months of attempting to contact them. And when I did get an email response it was nothing more than a few words that didn't answer any of my concerns or request for a refund. There's plenty more online stores that provide real service and quality items at much better prices. Tracy

Absolutely, they are a dud! I am glad that others who have been ripped off by this company are able to voice their opinion and hopefully warn others against using them.
