I wanted to cancel my hotel reservation one day before the reservation and they want to charge me 200$, which is the whole cost of the reservation. although the hotel itself allows you to cancel for free.

I booked 4 nights stay (from 11/9/2016-11/13/2016) in hampton inn national harbor alexandria at august, and was charged $876.00 at that time (ref number: 25456275), but when checking out, the hotel gave a receipt of $632, they said they only charged me that much. where are the other $240+? my company asked me show the full receipt($876) to reimburse my money charged, where can i get it???

Hi, this is the first time i hear about your company. however it seems to be the cheapest price for a booking i'm interested in making, but in light of the mixed feedback of reviews which leans a bit more to the unfavorable, i'm getting cold feet and i was wondering if there is some sort of guarantee or mean-of-comfort you can manage to offer? thanks
