You can actually track your shipment in the email they provided after a successful purchase or in your account.

I'm not sure. If it's from Hong Kong, or China it'll take a little while to come. I recommend to just check the reviews beforehand, and if they are mostly good, then your fine.
Also if your worried where it's being delivered from, you can go on the business and check by asking before you purchase.
