I was a Gold Member for many years, many years ago. I am prepared to become a Gold or higher-pay member - but I hear a LOT of negative reports about the service now. I tried to sign up again and thought I did - to a handle I want - but now I cannot get into it and it is only now showing as 'unavailable' Can we start with that? Is this name - available to me?
