I cant even get to the web page anymore did the address change?

I agree with everyone else. Without the ability to sort recipes by ratings this site is pretty much worthless to me.

I just checked and I can get to the site, although I don't use it anymore except to pick-up recipes I posted when they had their prior site (which worked very well). I note the rating for the site is down to 66%. It was above 80% the last time I checked. Users aren't doing well with the new design and Allrecipes doesn't care.

Hi Claire. No, it hasn't changed. They just keep saying that they've had "technical issues" ever since they had an outage about a month ago. They told me to scan my computer and make sure I had the updated version of Java and Adobe Flash, to clear out my cookies, etc, etc. I did all of that but it didn't make a difference. The site would work well for a couple days, then I'd get a blank page that stated "the web site is not responding" or I'd encounter the same issues as before, I'd try to put in a new recipe or access an existing one to edit, but couldn't. I'd call them up, now I'm on a first name basis with the customer service lady, Beth, who has really been very helpful to me and has done everything in her power to help me with issues. She's great. One of the things I was having a problem with was you can't use certain symbols in the title of your recipe, but there are no tutorials that tell you that and my recipe would just disappear or I couldn't access it. Beth told me that by doing that, it changes the "equation" and does something weird with it but she could go into my account and fix it. There are numerous other quirks too that aren't explained either so I have to be very careful about what I do. But, of course, she is not the website people and I kept sending them emails asking them why they can't seem to fix the issues or maybe they need to bring in some IT experts to resolve the problems. Anyway, it's been very hit and miss, with the site working fine for a couple days then not, then working, then not. I finally got all the recipes put in that I wanted to but still worry that some day, they'll all just disappear! I saved a lot of the paper originals for that reason. This website has apparently been around for 15 years and I looked at other sites but this one seemed to be best and easiest for my needs, WHEN it's working! I had the same issues whether I used Chrome or Internet Explorer. It's not the browsers problem, it's THEIR problem. I've told them their site would be the best IF they could keep it working right! I know this is long but, since I have my leg in a cast, I've been inputting recipes for the last month but at times I was so frustrated and had to quit for a couple days then take it up again, several times. Hopefully, they will get it figured out soon so all I can suggest is to keep trying and maybe you'll get it on a good day!

Nope, its the same. I have found that chrome seems to load better than firefox. Can you try another browser?

I don't think it's changed. AllRecipes.com and it just worked for me. It is pretty slow to load though. Still not too happy about this change.
