Hi As I've been scammed by Alibaba by Echo Yang from Gangzhou Mega Beauty, I've responded to your query. Only pay by PayPal or Credit Card. I paid over $4000 to Echo Yang via moneygram. This was supposed to include transport. Firstly I didn't get my item for 4 months after I paid. I had to pay another £700 to get the item delivered from the UK to Ireland and when I opened it, I was shocked to find a generic cheap item that was no what I ordered. I did raise a complaint through Alibaba and they found in my favour. But they didn't do anything about it. THe company refused to contact them or claim wrong doing. They actually upped their gold supplier status. They are sharks. Please do not pay by moneygram. Google the company and the name before arranging payment. Hopefully someone will have put their name and or company on a blacklist to warm potential customers to stay clear of scammers!!! PS Alibaba are very hard to communicate with. Their website is useless and they don't support the wronged customer. They are only interested in commission and the money paid by companies to gain Gold Status Seller (by the way) this means nothing! Gangzhou Mega Beauty upped their gold star status every week!!!!! BEWARE

If a company wont stand behind its vendors and wont help people get the product or money back dont buy from that company. We learned but it was the hard way.

I am very sorry to let you know that, it's impossible to get your money back. To anyone serious about importing from China, investing a lot of money... Go to China, meet the suppliers and see the products before you decide anything. We had one great mistake made with a GOLD supplier that delivered poor quality and we lost a big investment... Never again. We went to China and got our deals done face to face and now only pay a deposit of 20% to start a production. The rest of the money is transferred after a quality controller has seen the products.

You gave your money to a complete stranger? And now your asking another complete stranger how to get it back? I don't like to be so cold but...
You got burned, hope it wasn't alot of money. Next time do more research into negative feedback.

If you haven't already sent the money, 1 word of advice: "Don't".
Alibaba will not protect you. Their "Trade Assurance" is a scam.

I would go to the global response unit and file a" c form" This will allow you then to process the pink complaint form, which in turn will activate a series of underground meetings in Beijing. Three days after there will be a flock of Canadian geese that will deliver red form, telling you that you never should have sent them your money to begin with and have a nice day!

If you have read all the negative reviews about Alibaba and their thieves, and you send money, you are a fool and you deserve to lose you money. STAY AWAY FROM ALIBABA.

I would say its a lottery. Given the buyer assurance is so poorly implemented you are in my opinion at the mercy of the seller. If they did not send the item ask yourself this: what do you think the chances would be of getting your money back?

Dear, Shwet S.
This is the worst scenario.
I don't think this is possible, but it is very possible to get really bad quality stuff ( it was happened to me with QDHONSUN Company ) . They decided to not compensate me.
So , if u decide to do shopping on Alibaba.com website, u should do many research about the product u want to buy or the company u choose to buy from .
I hope u will be more lucky then me.
Good luck!
Cristian!
