Aiseesoft.com seems like a legitimate company, but once you purchase the product, you quickly find out that it is a scam. No working product. No refund.

Aiseesoft is a legitimate company. I bought their Blu-ray player and am very happy with it. Later, when I upgraded my PC, and had some issues, I contacted their support and the gave me the solution the next day. Recommend.

No, Aiseesoft is absolutely not a scam. They have tried best to help me solve my problem, as you see, when I bought a program that cannot satisfy my demand, they give me another program works for me for free. I think they have tried best to offer help.
