I booked a flight and got a reservation confirmation but e-ticket. I was told when I called it could take up to 72hrs is this normal? Cos I always get, e-ticket ASAP

Hi I have just booked a flight to perth Australia with you and have just received word from my son that he has to return home for business on those dates. Is it possible to get my fares refunded
