TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE They NEVER answer the phone and do NOT respond to any emails.

Impossible to. It is not manned. It is just a suite in a strip mall with an answering machine

Very hard. I've never actually gotten in touch with them despite several calls and an attempt to email them. The phone number directs you to use the support email, but that is undeliverable.
