In fact I never tried to pay precise attention to the exact order execution time here, because I realize it's fast. I never faced any slippages, requotes and so on, as the broker ensures a cutting-edge order execution system that is liable for swift orders' placement.

Oh, it's a difficult question to answer because the execution speed is hard to measure. It is calculated in milliseconds and as an ordinary trader at your home, you simply have no technical capacity to determine the execution speed.
O think the good execution speed starts from 15 milliseconds. The activtrades website claims that they have 4 milliseconds speed, but as a retail trader I really won't see any differences. It is useful to know for institutional clients of the company. Thus they can evaluate the influence of execution on their business model, I guess.
