Definitely not a company not in the least, doesn't follow the rules for companies in the UK that have maintains membership information and what they must do as a website to be in compliance of the laws in the UK.

It's not a company at all, so this question isn't applicable. It's a website ran by an individual, not related to any company.

It is a legitimate company/website that is well run and actively moderated.
