I received the product but Packing Slip indicates they sent a Bonus Card but there was no card sent. Several calls were made to let them know that the $25 card was not included in the package and was always told that they would see that it was sent out. Today I called for the 5th time and when I said what the problem was received a huff and the phone went dead. I called back three times and after hearing that there was a less than 1 minute wait, the line went dead again. A further call to each of the two numbers I had resulted in a message that my call could not be completed. I'm presuming they blocked my number. I am requesting a response to my request for the card.
