just bought thr book and finished reading it. i'm going to start in a few days :)
i have some questions :
1. can i drink tea in phase 1?
2.i don't have a bench at home, how should i do the dumbbell incline bench press?
3. how should we weigh protein source? cooked or raw? for example i need 15 grams of protein in every meal and 1 oz of chicken has 8 grams of protein. it means 1 oz cooked or raw?
4. about the resistance training, should i do it after walking in fasted state ? about 2-3 hours before my first meal right?
and rapid paced walking, how rapid should it be?what should my heart rate become?
