I am a vegetarian. Will this program be able to cater to my diet needs?

I'm guessing you can add tofu. Maybe not legumes, because they're high in carbohydrates. Since there is a portion of the diet that calls for eating extra fat, think mayonnaise, butter, bacon, etc......... what I suggest is frying tofu in butter , eating a whole avocado, maybe drinking coconut milk. Be creative, have fun.

Not sure this diet calls for a lot of fat be added all fats except Trans fats if there are fats in vegan protein then yes most definitely I assume

Yes...just substitute the meats with your protein substitutes...

I don't see any comments from reviewers about water consumption Am I setting myself up to fail without a gallon a day? just bought thr book and finished reading it. i'm going to start in a few days :) i have some questions : 1. can i drink tea in phase 1? 2.i don't have a bench at home, how should i do the dumbbell incline bench press? 3. how should we weigh protein source? cooked or raw? for example i need 15 grams of protein in every meal and 1 oz of chicken has 8 grams of protein. it means 1 oz cooked or raw? 4. about the resistance training, should i do it after walking in fasted state ? about 2-3 hours before my first meal right? and rapid paced walking, how rapid should it be?what should my heart rate become? thanks a lot What liquids is allowed to drink in this 3 Week Diet? i cannot drink coffee at all.
