i purchased 3DCoverMaker and have not been able to access the software. I sent several emails and submitted support tickets. What should I do? I still want the software.

How many templates for cd/dvd with or without jewel cases? Resolution enough for prints (poster/flyer)? Can i combine designed covers to one? (i mean if i have to design a cover with a selection of cd-releases (25 titles) and i have to arrange the different titels so that they fit on a poster/flyer, so i do not need the whole cover of every cd-title, but want to show the release as a 25 titles work. You know what I mean? How can i realize it with 3dcovermaker? Regards Uwe spies0803@gmail.com
